मैं  सौरभ  कुमार , आज  आपको  इ -मेल  मार्केटिंग (E-MAIL MARKETING) के  बारे  में  बताऊंगा  की  इ -मेल  मार्केटिंग  क्या  है?, कैसे  करते  है  ?, क्या  क्या  ध्यान  में  रखना  चाहिए  इ-मेल  मार्केटिंग  करते  वक़्त ? तो  चलिए  जानते  है  इ-मेल  मार्केटिंग  के  बारे  में  :- 

क्या  है  इ-मेल  मार्केटिंग  ? 

इ-मेल  मार्केटिंग  भी  एक तरह  का  मार्केटिंग  है  जहा  पर  आपको  इ-मेल  भेजा  जाता  है।  जितने  भी  इंटरनेट  यूजर  है  उन  सबके  पास  एक  न  एक  ANDRIOD PHONE होता  ही है जिसमे  एक  G-MAIL अकाउंट  होगा  उस  अक्कोउट  के  जरिये  आप  लोगो  को  मेल  भेज  भी  सकते  हो  रिसीव  भी  कर सकते  हो।  तो  उस  G-MAIL अकाउंट  के  जरिये  आप  मार्केटिंग  कर  सकते  हो।  और  अपने  प्रोडक्ट  सर्विस  के  बारे  में  जानकारी  भी  दे  सकते  हो।  इ-मेल  मार्केर्टिंग  भी  CALL मार्केटिंग और  SMS मार्केटिंग  की तरह  है  आप  CALL मार्केटिंग  में  लोगो  को  PHONE CALL करके  अपने  प्रोडक्ट  बेचते  थे  और  SMS मार्केटिंग  में आप  लोगो  तक  SMS TEXT के  जरिये  लोगो तक अपने  प्रोडक्ट  को  बताते  थे।  जबकि  इ-मेल  मार्केटिंग  इन सबसे  बेस्ट  तरीका  है  अपने  प्रोडक्ट  को  बेचने  का  क्युकी  आप  यहाँ  लोगो  को  अपनी  प्रोडक्ट  के  बारे  में  बता  और  अपनी  प्रोडक्ट  का  फोटो  दिखा  भी  सकते  है  और  अपने  तरफ  आकर्षित  कर  सकते  है।  आपका  इसमें  बहुत  कम  खर्चा  भी  होता  है  और  बहुत  जयादा  रिटर्न  मिलता  है।  आप  इ-मेल  मार्केटिंग  में  अपना  प्रोडक्ट  का  फोटो  भी  दाल सकते हो  और इसी  के  साथ  आप  उस  प्रोडक्ट  का  LINK भी  डाल  सकते  हो। इससे  वो  आपके  बिज़नेस   के  बारे  में  भी जयादा  जानेगे। 


कैसे  इस्तमाल  करना  है  इ-मेल  मार्केटिंग ?

अगर  आपको  इ-मेल मार्केटिंग  करना  है  तो  सबसे  जरुरी  की  आपके  पास  अपने  कस्टमर  का  इ-मेल  होना बहुत  जरुरी  है।  आप  सबकी  इ-मेल  कैसे  लाओगे  ये  आपके  पूरी  तरह  बिज़नेस  के  ऊपर  निर्भर  करता  है  की  आप  SALES MARKETING की  तरह  MANUALLY  ले  सकते  हो  या  PROMOTION  आप  चला  सकते  हो  की  ये  ऑफर  है  इस  ऑफर  के  लिए  जायदा  जानकारी  के  लिए  आप  हमारे  वेबसाइट  में  जाके  आप  अपना  इ-मेल  दीजिये  तो  आप  यहाँ  से  DETABASE  बना  सकते  हो।  या  ऑनलाइन  DETABASE खरीद  सकते  हो।  उसी  के  साथ  आप  जैसा  देखोगे  की  बहुत सारे  डैक्टिरय है जैसा   JUSTDIAL, SULEKHA.COM है  आप  यहाँ  से  बहुत  लोग  अपना  DETA  डाल  देते  है  आप  यहाँ  से  लेकर  अपना  DATABASE बना  सकते  हो  तो  वहा  से  आप  DATAMINING करके   आप  DATA  तैयार  कर  सकते  हो।  आप  E-MAIL BLAST कर सकते  हो  , जो  एक बार  में  1000 2000  इ-मेल  भेजते  है  उससे  E-MAIL BLAST बोलते  है।  ऐसा  भी  नहीं  है  की  आप  बहुत  सारा  मेल  भेजना  शुरू  कर  दो  तो  जो  कस्टमर  है  वो  आपको  ब्लॉक  कर देगा।  कुछ  मार्केटिंग  आप  नहीं  कर  सकते  हो  जैसे  की  { सेक्स , मेडिसिन , TOBACOO} और  भी  है  इसकी  आप  इ-मेल  मार्केटिंग  नहीं कर  सकते हो  सरकार  भी  ये नियम  बनाई  है  की  आप  इन  तरह  की  इ-मेल  मार्केटिंग  नहीं  कर  सकते  हो।

इ-मेल मार्केटिंग करते वक़्त  ध्यान में  रखनी  पड़ेगी :-

1. आप  एक  professional E-MAIL ID का  उपयोग  करे। 
2. आप  एक  टारगेट  करो  की  वो  प्रोडक्ट  किसको  किसको  भेजना  है     ऐसा  नहीं  की  आप  LADIES PRODUCT  बेचना   चाहते  हो  तो      आप  सबको  इ-मेल  कर  दिया  आप  सिर्फ  FEMALE  कस्टमर  को     ही मेल  भेजे। 
3. बहुत  जायदा  सबको  मेल  मत  करो  की  आपका  कस्टमर  आपके       जायदा  मेल  से  परेशान  होकर  आपको  ब्लॉक  कर दे।  
4. आप  अपना  मेल  कम  शब्दो  और  सादा  बना  कर  भेजो।  अगर        आप  जायदा  लिखेंगे  तो  बहुत  कम  लोग  ही  पढ़ेगे   और  न  जायदा     फैंसी  बनाओ  अपने  मेल  को। 

 यही  कुछ  बाते  है  जो  आपको  ध्यान  में  रखनी  है।
